 The rules of the game: Netiquette

Before we start to discuss specific commandment written by Virginia Shea, I would like to inform you, that there's 10 of them, which are really interesting for familiarization. 

I choose "share expert knowledge" as one of the Ten commandments, because, in nowa days, this is one of the most important aspects not only in IT field,  but also in others. 

I would like to start, with why I think this commandment is important, and answer on that question is pretty simple, when juniors comes to any field, they have some kind of experience, but this experience is not enough, for "real practical woking tasks". Thus it's very important, if you have someone, who is upper you in experience case, who can teach you, help in different situations, point a solution, and of course, bring some new knowledge. 

I would like to provide some personal examples, why I think this is important, to have that "expert" in your group. Two years ago, when I was studying in TPT as junior software developer, we came out on a external practice, and I choose to go in completely new company, which sphere was related to developing software for industrial robots, on a completely new programming language for me. 

Main failure they had, that they had only one programmer, who is was some kind "expert" in that field, you may ask, why im pointing that example? - he doesn't had experience to "teach" someone, and to share his Knowledge, and also, he spoke only in Estonian language, which was a little problem for me, because I didn't know terms of my field in Estonian language.

As a completely new recruit in industrial robots field, I many times tried to ask him, about topics related to our work, and most of the answers were - I dont know, or sorry, not my specification. 

After two weeks of that process, I understood, that probably, I have to immediately learn about robots by myself, and no-one gonna help me. So I did, and would like to say, that at the end of my practice, I even went to exhibition from that company, and presented my work. 

That was a tough road in that completely new field for me, and I understood, why it is so important, to have a tech guy, who can help new workers in their question, because in other way, the process of solving different tasks will be longer, and may completely destroy your nervous system. 

In conclusion, I would like to say, don't be like company mentioned above, it will delay any process, and no ones works like that :)
